”Just to say how pleased we were with the whole DRL experience yesterday (Friday 1st April). Very pleasant contact on initially phoning at around 12.15pm to ask for help with a blockage. Visit promised for sometime after 3pm and Max R arrived about 3.30pm. He was very personable and professional, and got on with the job in an obviously knowledgeable and fuss-free way. If you have to have a blocked drain then DRL definitely takes the hassle out of it, which is what people want. On the few occasions when we have needed help it is DRL we have called and we can absolutely recommend your all-round service, and have done to friends and neighbours.. Well done!
